Privacy Policy

The short version

Your Telegram session and tenant database stay on your VPS. Each customer runs on their own server. Messages, contacts, summaries, and AI keys live on your machine. When you enable remote AI, the selected context is sent to the provider you choose.

The only data we receive: health telemetry (if you opt in) and business data when you sign up (name, email, billing via Stripe).

What we collect

• Account data. Name, email, billing (Stripe handles cards).
• Telemetry (opt-in). VPS UUID, version, uptime, error counts. No message content.
• Support messages. Retained 24 months.

What we don't collect

• Telegram messages, contacts, summaries, and attachments. These stay on your VPS and are not sent to us.
• The content of your AI prompts and responses. When you enable remote AI, this content is sent to the provider you choose, not to us.
• Your Telegram session and API keys. These live on your VPS; managed backups store them only as an encrypted CRGBKUP1 (AES-256-GCM) archive.
