Pricing FAQ

Do I need my own AI API key?

Yes, you bring your own AI key from a supported provider (Z.AI or Anthropic). You grab a key, paste it in, and pay the provider directly, with no markup from us. Cost varies with usage, often around $35–60 a month. Z.AI is the usual pick; an Anthropic key can be added for vision and deep analysis passes.

Can I switch from Managed to self-host later?

Anytime. Your data already lives on your own VPS, so you just take the keys and keep running it yourself. No export, no migration, no lock-in.

Is there a free trial?

No trial: self-host is free forever, so you can try the whole thing without paying us a cent. Managed is month-to-month with no contract; cancel whenever.
