Step 01 · Set up
Upload your Telegram export
Export from Telegram Desktop → Settings → Advanced → Export → JSON. Upload to your VPS. A million-plus messages, browsable the same day.
Your full history (chats, contacts, attachments) readable before any AI runs. All on your server.

Connect live Telegram
QR login from your phone. Every contact from your JSON export gets mapped to real Telegram user IDs and @usernames.
New messages sync live, in parallel with the AI backfill. Even deleted messages get captured (viewer in progress).
Step 03 · Set up
AI backfill runs gradually
Paste your Z.AI key, Anthropic optional, for vision and deep passes. Summaries, opportunities, and relationship states are built in queued passes, at a pace that depends on your history size and provider quota.
First: your full history is browsable and search works right away. Then, as the queue works through your chats, summaries, flagged opportunities, and tagged partners fill in.

Set-up is once. The rest is the loop.
After backfill, CRgraM just keeps working in the background: reading, drafting, and staying healthy without you babysitting it.
Step 04
Daily use
New messages arrive → they get read live → your morning priority list updates on its own. Open any chat and the summary, key details, and a draft reply are right there at a glance.
Step 05
Acting on it
A reply gets drafted in the chat's language and context → you review, edit, and hit send. It's always your click that sends.
Step 06
Staying healthy
Updates get pushed to your VPS by us (managed) → the health dashboard shows every daemon running → and when Telegram changes its API, we ship a managed update to keep you working.
